The Calhoun Early Learning Academy, in collaboration with its Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), has introduced a Little Free Library to the community. This initiative aims to promote reading and lifelong learning by providing free access to books.

The library was unveiled during Read Across America Week, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a reading by student Henlee Patterson. The concept is simple: visitors can pick out a book and, if possible, leave one for others. The goal is to share stories, expand minds, and strengthen the community through reading.

Further information about the Little Free Library movement and its global locations can be found at littlefreelibrary.org.
