Calhoun High School issued the following announcement on Jan. 26
The CHS Swim and Dive Team celebrated their Seniors last night with a win over Pickens, Eagles Landing, Model, Armuchee, Stockbridge, and Pepperell. The Boys, Girls, and Combined teams all took first place. The Seniors (pictured) were honored for their accomplishments and ended their pool time with the traditional Senior Splash competition. It's been a great season with some fast swims and amazing dives. The boys' team finished the season undefeated! Our state qualifiers will compete on February 3-5 at Georgia Tech in the 1-5A State Championship. Congratulations to all our swimmers, divers, parent volunteers, and coaches on a fantastic season!
