Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress for Georgia's 14th district, recently shared opinions and initiatives through a series of tweets. Greene, who succeeded Tom Graves in 2021, uses her Twitter platform to discuss policies, express viewpoints, and advocate for legislative measures. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia, and residing in Rome, Greene graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in 1996.

On April 17, 2025, Greene tweeted her views on the media, asserting that "The legacy media hates America."

Later that day, Greene announced the official recognition of the Gulf of America by the state of Florida, viewing it as a triumph for the nation. She stated, "The Gulf of America is officially recognized across the state of Florida! This is a win for Americans, the businesses on the Gulf that support its economy, and our military that protects its waters!" Greene expressed her intent to have her Gulf of America Act passed to ensure this recognition becomes permanent.

In a subsequent tweet, Greene highlighted a significant issue concerning Social Security and announced the efforts of DOGE, an organization combating fraudulent claims. She emphasized the importance of this mission, stating "There’s nothing more important we can do for you as Americans to protect your Social Security than get ride of the criminals that are stealing it.” According to Greene, DOGE identified over 9.9 million individuals wrongfully receiving benefits, reinforcing the security of such benefits.
