Congratulations to Anna Gibson on signing with Piedmont College to run cross country and track at the college level! Gibson consistently excelled in cross country and track during her time at Calhoun High School. Her commitment to excellence was also seen in the classroom and community. In track, Gibson was a member of the school record 4x800 meter relay team, two time sectionals participant, and a member of two region runner up teams. Gibson also excelled in cross country and has a PR of 20:57. She was a three time Rome All Area team selection, Gordon County individual champion, a member of two region winning teams, and a four time state qualifier. Anna Gibson leaves behind a legacy of excellence in athletics and academics. Go Jackets!
