Calhoun High School issued the following announcement on July 2
Monday August 2nd & Tuesday August 3rd
Student drivers, please identify the date and time that your grade is slated to pick up their CHS Parking permits below. This is for any student who already registered for parking during summer parking registration. Students who were missing documentation or who’s parking application was denied will be contacted via email. Please check your email to make sure you have no outstanding parking requirements.
SENIORS: Monday August 2nd 1:00-3:00PM
JUNIORS & SOPHOMORES: Tuesday August 3rd 1:00-3:00PM
Either the student or guardian should plan to pick up the student parking permit. Anyone who is listed on Infinite Campus as a pickup for the student may pick-up the hang tag for the student, and should be prepared to show ID. Please note that if you are unavailable on your scheduled pick up date, hang tags will be available in the HS main office.
Permit Pick-up will occur in the CHS main lobby.
You may arrive at any time during your scheduled window. Once received, you should hang your parking permit (hang tag) on the rear view mirror of the vehicle you registered. A hang tag must be visible at all times while parking on Campus.
If you have not yet registered for parking, you may still do so online and will be notified when your permit is available for pick up. A valid Class C or Class D driver’s license is required for parking applications to be approved.
