There were 7,682 white students enrolled in Floyd County school districts in the 2022-23 school year, 1.8% less than the previous year, according to the Georgia Department of Education.

Data showed that Floyd County school districts welcomed 14,676 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, white students comprised 52.3% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the county's school districts.
