FOIA Request Sent to Floyd County Election Department Regarding Upcoming Election Candidates on February 5, 2025

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the Floyd County Election Department in Georgia on February 5, 2025. The request, filed by us at Rome Reporter, seeks comprehensive information about all candidates running in the upcoming election.

The specific details requested include each candidate's first, middle, and last name, the office they are running for, their jurisdiction of office, and party affiliation. In addition to these basic details about each candidate's campaign, we also requested all available contact information for each candidate. This includes their address, phone number, and email address.
