Frozen Rooster (“Frozen Rooster” or the “Restaurant”), is a restaurant concept dedicated to serving food that nourishes the soul, promoting enjoyment of family, and the good ole' pleasure of enjoying tasty treats! Whether you are enjoying an order of our tasty whole fried wings, or any of our tasty treats, we are certain you will enjoy the quality of your cook-to-order meal! Frozen Rooster will be opening its second location overall and first Georgia location here in Henry County. When asked why Henry County, founder Astrid “Mimi” Leonard stated, “As a Georgia native, I was passionate about bringing my concept home. The exponential growth of Henry County coupled with the fact that my parents now reside here made it a no brainer for us to make Henry County our first Georgia stop.” Leonard went on to add, “We are especially excited about being in Henry County given the warm reception we have received from the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and public officials like Chairwoman Carlotta Harrell.” Both a representative from the chamber and Chairwoman Harrell will attend Saturday’s Grand Opening. The restaurant also announced that it would be opening its third location within the next 60 days in Fayetteville, GA. The restaurant in Fayetteville, which will be located on N. Glynn Street, will open in early Spring 2023.

Frozen Rooster will bring its great food and tasty treats to residents, providing them with great customer
service and a comfortable environment where they can enjoy their meal. Frozen Rooster customers will
have a bit of entertainment available to them as they dine as well, including cable television and streaming music. About Frozen Rooster
Spending 20 years in the retail sector, Mimi Leonard developed an affinity for customer service and an appreciation for the people and the bonds created. Upon moving to the Leeds, Alabama in 2012, with
its small town feel, it became more evident to her how important the bond amongst community and family is "what makes the world turn." Being a big believer in family, and giving back to the community, she knew it was time to create a legacy for her two sons and establish a legacy they can be proud of.
