Of the 72 people living in Ranger in 2020, 51.4 percent (37) were women and 48.6 percent (35) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Rome Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1. In the 65 and over age range, there were seven females and six males.
