Butts County Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
2021 Junior Angler Fishing Rodeo
Guests age 15 and under are invited to join this year's fishing rodeo! Participants will learn how to be responsible fishermen while enjoying time with family and friends & supporting our Georgia State Parks.
Anglers are asked to bring their own fishing poles & tackle if possible. Bait will be provided at the park. Please come prepared with camping chairs, drinks, & snacks if desired. All junior anglers must be accompanied by an adult. $5 park pass required for each vehicle.
Please pre-register at the park office or by calling 770-504-2277 by September 24th.
