Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has served in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th District since 2021, recently took to social media to discuss events following her town hall meeting. Greene, a native of Milledgeville, Georgia, born in 1974 and residing in Rome, has been vocal in her political endeavors since her graduation from the University of Georgia in 1996.

On April 17, 2025, Greene shared her concerns about the behavior of certain individuals attending her town hall. In a tweet, she raised alarm regarding “the insane violent social media posts from Democrats arrested at my town hall,” asserting that local Democrats were misrepresenting these individuals as “just innocent constituents, but they are not.” She specifically mentioned Johnny Keith Williams, who was charged with ‘Terroristic.’ “Read the insane violent social media posts from Democrats arrested at my town hall in this thread!! Local Democrats are spreading lies and claiming these were just innocent constituents, but they are not. One, Johnny Keith Williams, was charged with ‘Terroristic”

Following this initial post, Greene highlighted another individual, Kiyana Davis, providing a link to further information. “2/3 And post from Kiyana Davis:”

In her concluding remarks, Greene praised the police for ensuring the event’s safety and success. She contrasted her views with those of her political opponents, stating, “Democrats are the party of violence and insanity. They have lost their way.” Greene emphasized her commitment to her political mission, saying, “We will keep fighting and working for the American people and save our great country!!” “Thanks to the heroic and brave actions by the police, my townhall was a SAFE and a HUGE success!! Democrats are the party of violence and insanity. They have lost their way. We will keep fighting and working for the American people and save our great country!! I will not”
