Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, expressed concerns on social media regarding recent policy developments by President Trump and changes at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.

On July 24, 2025, Greene addressed the executive order on artificial intelligence signed by President Trump. In her post, she stated: “I have many concerns about the AI Executive Order signed yesterday by President Trump.

While I understand the many promised benefits of AI, I remain committed to protecting state rights, human jobs, human lives, human rights, our environment and critical water supply.

My deep” (July 24, 2025).

Later that day, Greene commented on Children’s National Hospital’s decision to end gender transitions for minors. She attributed this development to President Trump’s leadership and highlighted her legislative efforts: ” Another one down!

Children’s National Hospital in D.C. is FINALLY ending gender transitions for minors, and it’s thanks to President Trump’s leadership.

My Protect Children’s Innocence Act would ban these barbaric genital mutilation surgeries under the guise of so-called” (July 24, 2025). A subsequent tweet included a link without further comment: “https://t.co/bE5JA2vCvX” (July 24, 2025).

Greene has been an active figure in Congress since replacing Tom Graves in 2021. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and currently residing in Rome, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1996.
