Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district, shared several updates on her social media account over the past few days. Her posts cover legislative achievements and personal reflections.
On May 10, 2025, Greene expressed enthusiasm for the passage of her bill known as the Gulf of America Act. She emphasized its importance by stating that it is “crucial that Congress make PERMANENT President Trump’s executive orders.” Additionally, she mentioned two other bills she is advocating to be brought to the House floor for voting: one of which is the Protect Children’s Innocence Act. “I’m very excited about the passing of my bill the Gulf of America Act! It’s crucial that Congress make PERMANENT President Trump’s executive orders.”
On May 11, 2025, Greene extended Mother’s Day wishes through a post where she reflected on motherhood as “the best title and job I will ever have.” She also thanked mothers everywhere for their role in family life and acknowledged their contributions to society. “Happy Mother’s Day! Being a mother is the best title and job I will ever have.”
Later that day, Greene expressed gratitude towards FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi for prioritizing efforts to rescue children from abuse. She urged them to continue their work in this area. “Thank you @FBIDirectorKash and @AGPamBondi making it a top priority again to rescue children from monsters who abuse them!!”
Marjorie Taylor Greene has served in Congress since replacing Tom Graves in 2021. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in 1996 and currently resides in Rome.
