Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, U.S. Representative from Georgia’s 14th district, shared several posts on August 20, 2025, addressing her legislative priorities and recent activities.

In a post at 13:56 UTC, Greene stated her stance on foreign policy spending: “I wasn’t elected to bankroll foreign wars. I was elected to fight for my district and deliver for America First. That’s where my vote will be. “

Later in the day, at 15:30 UTC, Greene highlighted her visit to a manufacturing facility in Georgia: “I thoroughly enjoyed my tour at the Roper GE Appliance Plant today! This Made in America plant in LaFayette, GA makes one complete product every 15 seconds!! They use ALL American steel and provide cooktops and stoves for over half of America’s housing!! I am so proud of this”

In another post at 20:05 UTC, Greene criticized Rep. Jasmine Crockett regarding her conduct with staff members during hearings: “Jasmine Crockett treats her staff like they’re beneath her. Sends them running for a furry pillow in the middle of hearings. Don’t believe it? Here’s the pillow.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th congressional district since winning the seat in 2020 against Kevin Van Ausdal with nearly three-quarters of the vote. She was subsequently re-elected in both 2022 and 2024 by significant margins against Marcus Flowers and Shawn Harris respectively.
