Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, expressed her thoughts on Amazon’s newly introduced tariff tracker through a series of tweets. Born in 1974 in Milledgeville, Georgia, Greene graduated from the University of Georgia in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and now resides in Rome, Georgia.

On April 29, 2025, Greene shared her perspective on Amazon’s tariff tracker stating, “On second thought, Amazon’s tariff tracker will help Americans avoid buying goods from China which will actually make Trump’s tariffs even more effective. Most Americans want to buy American made products anyways and now with Amazon‘s tariff tracker, it will be easier to figure.”

Later the same day, Greene expressed further excitement and concern regarding the potential of Amazon’s tool saying, “Ahhh come on Amazon!! I was getting so excited about the Amazon tariff tracker so I could avoid buying anything from China!! Americans want to buy American and you were finally going to give us a way to know which products and companies were selling slave labor made goods from.”

In another tweet posted on April 29, 2025, she commented on President Trump’s administration, mentioning “The American people & I are SO happy with the work President Trump has done the last 100 days! Our nation is safer, common sense has been restored, and America is being put first!”

Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has been vocal about her political stance, continues to engage actively with her audience on social media, illustrating her viewpoints on critical economic and political issues.
