Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, made several posts on August 10, 2025, expressing her views on foreign lobbying and U.S. foreign aid.

In her first post at 11:46 a.m., Greene wrote, “Good morning to all Americans who agree that our country should not be controlled by foreign lobbyists. I hope you have a wonderful day!”

Later that day at 1:40 p.m., she posted, “I’m fed up with the outright slander and lies about me because I’m UNAPOLOGETICALLY AMERICA FIRST and I am demanding AIPAC register as a foreign lobbyist and I refuse to vote for U.S. taxpayers hard earned money fund foreign aid and foreign wars.”

At 2:49 p.m., Greene added, “Yes America is DONE funding Ukraine!! “

Greene has been elected multiple times to Congress. In the 2024 general election, she defeated Shawn Harris with 64.4% of the vote. She previously won against Marcus Flowers in 2022 with 65.9% of the vote and Kevin Van Ausdal in 2020 with 74.7% of the vote.

AIPAC, referenced in one of Greene’s posts, is an influential pro-Israel lobbying group in Washington D.C., which has faced calls from some lawmakers to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
