Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has served in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th District since 2021, recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing topics ranging from national security to domestic economic concerns.

On July 13, 2025, Greene reflected on the anniversary of an attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. She stated, “If President Trump had been tragically assassinated one year ago today in Butler, Pennsylvania, we would not be seeing the fulfillment of these extraordinary policies. Thankfully God spared President Trump from the assassin’s bullets!”

Later that day, Greene raised questions regarding the investigation into Thomas Crooks and security failures related to the incident involving President Trump. She wrote on July 13, 2025: “One year later, we still know NOTHING about Thomas Crooks. NOTHING. With the well documented security failures on that day, I still question if there was a conspiracy to kill President Trump?”

On July 14, 2025, Greene addressed economic issues facing Americans. She commented: “Americans want affordable living. Housing and insurance across the board are extremely high, and becoming out of reach for many young people and the middle class. We do not want to give or sell weapons to Ukraine or be involved in any foreign wars or continue the never ending”

Marjorie Taylor Greene was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and currently resides in Rome. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1996.
