Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, posted a series of tweets on February 18, 2026, expressing her views on U.S. foreign policy and media access at the White House.

In a post from the morning of February 18, Greene stated: “Americans do not want to go to war with Iran!!! They want to be able to afford their lives and get ahead. They want to be happy and enjoy life. They want their government to put elite pedos in jail. And they voted for NO MORE FOREIGN WARS AND NO MORE REGIME CHANGE.”

Later that day, she questioned congressional action regarding Iran: “Has Congress voted to go to war with Iran?” (February 18, 2026).

Greene also commented on press credentials for Laura Loomer, referencing White House media access: “Has Laura Loomer received her hard pass WH press credentials yet? Late night phone calls are for side pieces. Laura deserves to be treated so much better. She loves Trump the most! It’s not fair! There are Muslim foreign press with WH hard passes, but they keep Laura out!” (February 18, 2026).

Marjorie Taylor Greene has been an active figure in Georgia politics since replacing Tom Graves in Congress in 2021 and has secured multiple election victories—defeating Shawn Harris in the 2024 general election with over 64% of the vote, Marcus Flowers in 2022 with nearly two-thirds of ballots cast, and Kevin Van Ausdal in her initial race by a wide margin. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and currently residing in Rome at age 48, Greene continues to serve as a prominent voice among Republican lawmakers.
