Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, serving in the U.S. Congress for Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, has recently taken to social media to express her legislative intentions and support for various policies.

On July 9, 2025, Greene announced via a tweet that she is “accepting apologies now” and plans to introduce legislation aimed at halting weather modification and geoengineering. She stated, “People have had enough of chemicals manipulating our weather. And the governments and the industries that profit from controlling it.”

Later on the same day, Greene expressed strong support for initiatives intended to boost the real estate and housing market. She tweeted at 15:04 UTC, “I STRONGLY SUPPORT THIS!!! These two post explain a critical plan to rev the engine of the real estate and housing market and will help millions of Americans buy a home!! Allowing rent history to qualify for a mortgage AND drastically cutting high interest rates is the way.”

In another post on July 9, Greene addressed concerns over electoral processes. At 16:19 UTC, she announced her intention to introduce new legislation titled the Making American Elections Great Again Act. The act aims to conduct a new census counting only citizens and not undocumented immigrants. She emphasized her goal by stating, “We’ve lost control of our elections… It’s time to redraw House districts and fix our broken system.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and currently resides in Rome. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1996.
