Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, recently used her social media platform to promote legislative initiatives and comment on public figures.

On September 1, 2025, Greene advocated for her housing policy proposal, stating, “The fastest way to end the housing crisis to pass my bill ELIMINATING CAPITAL GAINS TAXES!!! People, especially Seniors, will finally be able to sell their homes and downsize without losing their equity!!”

A day later, on September 2, she addressed language policy in the United States by announcing new legislation: “English is the language of our Constitution, our laws, and our culture. That’s why I introduced the English Language Unity Act to make English the OFFICIAL language of the United States. One Nation under God. One Language. One America. Let’s get it done! “

Later that same day, Greene criticized journalist Don Lemon following his departure from CNN: “This is how Don Lemon, who was fired by CNN for being such a disgusting, misogynistic pig to his female coworkers and women, is trying to get viewers for his new podcast. Clearly, his misogyny continues. Capitol Police had to ask Don and his production team to leave for”

Marjorie Taylor Greene has held her congressional seat since 2020 after defeating Kevin Van Ausdal with nearly three-quarters of the vote. She maintained her position through subsequent elections against Marcus Flowers in 2022 and Shawn Harris in 2024 with similar margins.
