Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has represented Georgia’s 14th district in the U.S. Congress since 2021, posted a series of statements on her Twitter account on May 13, 2026. The tweets addressed both public figures and international events.

In one post from May 13, Greene wrote: “I forgot to add that Benny Johnson can’t wait to post up every time he’s at some elite rich event with buffets dripping with food and when he’s on some trip or yacht, but then turns around and wants to LIE about me. He worships Trump, who owns properties all over the world, and https://t.co/QvHZuAM6N0”.

Later the same day, she commented on events in Gaza: “Our greatest ally did the same thing in Gaza, where it committed genocide. https://t.co/0rRGyL2PtF”.

A third tweet posted on May 13 stated simply: “Every word of this. https://t.co/vvPhI9rIDe”.

Marjorie Taylor Greene was first elected to Congress in 2020 after defeating Kevin Van Ausdal by a margin of 74.7% to 25.3%. She secured reelection in subsequent cycles, winning against Marcus Flowers in 2022 and Shawn Harris in 2024 by significant margins each time. Greene succeeded Tom Graves as representative for Georgia’s 14th district beginning in January 2021. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974, Greene currently resides in Rome.
