Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Representative known for her outspoken presence in Congress, posted several messages on August 1, 2025, addressing both the start of the school year and her role within her party.

In one post dated August 1, 2025, Greene wrote: “School is starting back for many children and I wish them all a great and successful school year!”

Later that day, she highlighted commentary about her political approach: “MTG has also been known for going after lawmakers on her side of the aisle. But in doing so she’s carved out a unique position as a top female voice in the party.

‘When people, innocent people, are systematically being killed for who they are, is that not the definition of” The message appears to reference both her reputation among Republican colleagues and broader issues related to violence against individuals based on identity.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has maintained a strong electoral record in Georgia’s congressional races. In 2024, she defeated Shawn Harris with 64.4% of the vote; in 2022 she won against Marcus Flowers with nearly two-thirds of ballots cast; and in 2020 she secured victory over Kevin Van Ausdal by almost three-quarters of votes.
