Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, has recently expressed her views on various national and international issues through a series of tweets. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974, Greene is an alumna of the University of Georgia where she earned a BBA in 1996.

On May 19, 2025, Greene shared a tweet stating “This is worth fighting for.” The tweet was posted at 18:37:45 UTC.

In another post at 18:44:01 UTC on the same day, Greene reiterated her stance on the Ukraine-Russia conflict. She wrote, “I have adamantly been opposed to the Ukraine Russian war from the start and never voted to fund this war. I’m grateful that President Trump talked with Putin and there is now the prospect of peace and future trade with both countries. Praying for peace and prosperity!”

Later that day at 20:18:35 UTC, Greene addressed domestic policy regarding healthcare funding for minors’ surgeries. She stated that “The One, Big Beautiful Bill prohibits Medicaid funding from being used for genital mutilation surgeries on minors.” She emphasized the need to pass this bill alongside her Protect Children’s Innocence Act which aims to criminalize such procedures for minors across all states.
