Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district, has been active on social media, sharing her views and experiences within the legislative body. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974, Greene replaced former U.S. Congress member Tom Graves in 2021 and holds a BBA from the University of Georgia.

On May 22, 2025, Greene commented on the political atmosphere within the House chamber during discussions surrounding President Trump’s proposed legislation. She remarked that “TDS is raging tonight here in the House chamber as Democrats are pitching temper tantrums to try to stop President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill.

Later that day, she expressed condolences regarding a tragic event involving a couple who were set to be engaged. In her post, she stated: “The couple were set to be engaged next week, absolutely horrible. My prayers go out to their families and friends. Violence and murder is never the answer.

In another post on May 22nd, Greene reflected on her tenure under the Biden administration and shared her satisfaction with recent legislative progress: “I have served, or rather suffered, in Congress since Jan 2021 for 4 years under the Biden administration and finally got to vote on a government funding bill that funds the Government with our priorities and policies.
