Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, recently shared her views on several pressing national issues through a series of tweets. Greene, who succeeded Tom Graves in Congress and holds a BBA from the University of Georgia, has been vocal about her policy positions.

On June 6, 2025, Greene tweeted about America’s financial standing: “America is sitting on over $200 trillion in assets and $36 trillion in debt. It’s time we act like the richest nation on Earth.” She proposed the creation of an American Sovereign Wealth Fund to address national debt and reform taxation.

In another tweet dated June 7, 2025, Greene expressed her stance on foreign aid: “It is no longer America’s prerogative to brainwash the rest of the world.” She referenced findings by her DOGE Committee concerning USAID and advocated for its abolition while supporting a rescissions package aimed at reducing foreign aid spending.

Later that day, she commented on criminal activity linked to political opponents: “This is the monster the Democrats call ‘Maryland man.'” She criticized Democrats for their alleged support of individuals involved in illegal activities such as human trafficking and child pornography.

Marjorie Taylor Greene was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and currently resides in Rome.
