In a tweet posted on April 16, 2025, Greene related her visit with Mayor Easterling in Kennesaw. She expressed her satisfaction with the meeting, writing, “It was a pleasure to meet with Mayor Easterling in Kennesaw!” Greene further elaborated on the visit by mentioning the historical insights and developmental prospects of the city shared with her and her team. She also expressed her appreciation for representing a new section of Georgia’s 14th District.
Later that day, in another post, Greene acknowledged the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Praise was extended to President Trump for his border security efforts. Greene stated, “Kilmar Abrego Garcia was deported and is back HOME in El Salvador where he belongs thanks to President Trump’s swift action to secure our border and make America safe again.” Garcia is identified as an affiliated member of the MS-13 gang.
In a subsequent tweet from the same date, Greene criticized certain Democratic actions regarding immigration policies. She wrote, “Democrats would rather spend thousands of dollars to go visit and advocate for illegal aliens in other countries than to keep their own constituents safe.” The tweet concludes with a mention of Rachel Morin and implied criticism of Democrats regarding their focus and representation.
