Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene posted a series of statements on her social media account between March 31 and April 1, 2026, addressing issues related to U.S. foreign policy and domestic funding for Planned Parenthood.
On March 31, Greene shared a brief reaction post: ” https://t.co/vPWpW0K8nN”.
Later that day, she commented on an upcoming national address by former President Donald Trump regarding Iran. On March 31, she wrote: “Trump is going to Address the Nation tomorrow night at 9 pm with an update on Iran. NO BOOTS ON THE GROUND!!!”
On April 1, Greene criticized the Trump administration’s decision to continue grant funding for Planned Parenthood. She stated: “In another betrayal, the Trump admin will continue grant funding to Planned Parenthood which performs hundreds of thousands of abortions every year. Yes the Hyde Amendment prevents federal funds from funding abortions but all money is fungible. You send them a tax payer funded”
Marjorie Taylor Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th district in the U.S. Congress since replacing Tom Graves in 2021. She was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and currently resides in Rome. Greene has secured multiple electoral victories over recent years: defeating Kevin Van Ausdal in 2020 with nearly three-quarters of the vote; Marcus Flowers in 2022 with almost two-thirds; and Shawn Harris in 2024 with over sixty percent support.
