Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene posted a series of tweets on March 19, 2026, expressing criticism of the Trump administration’s actions regarding the prosecution of certain individuals and voicing concerns about the ongoing war in Iran.
In her first post, Greene questioned recent legal actions by the Trump administration, stating on March 19, 2026: “So the Trump admin is going to put Joe Kent in jail before anyone on the Epstein list or anyone from Obama’s Russia gate or anyone from Covid tyranny. Under Trump, I guess Joe Kent, Gold Star Husband and deployed 11 times, can join Tina Peters, Gold Star Mom, in prison.”
Shortly after, she responded to a comment about a video related to families affected by conflict. On March 19, 2026, Greene wrote: “Thank you for letting me know. This is an old video. Old video or not this is the pain 13 families are going through for this war in Iran that we should not be fighting.”
Later that day, she commented on the escalation of hostilities involving Iran. In her tweet dated March 19, 2026, Greene stated: “The Iran War is rapidly spiraling out of control. It should have never happened. It’s time to go back to America First and drill baby drill. That’s what we campaigned on and the American people voted for.”
