Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman who has won multiple re-elections in Georgia, posted a series of statements on her social media account between October 3 and 4, 2025, addressing criminal sentencing disparities, foreign policy priorities, and television advertising practices.

On October 3, Greene commented on the prison sentences of public figures Sean “Diddy” Combs and George Santos. She wrote: “Sean Diddy Combs gets 4 years in prison but George Santos got 7 years!!!

Oh and George is currently in solitary confinement and was expelled by a Republican controlled House of Representatives.

I’m purely disgusted.

George should be pardoned!”

The following day, Greene addressed developments in the Middle East conflict and advocated for prioritizing domestic issues. In her post from October 4 she stated: “The hostages are going to be released and Israel is going to stop bombing innocent people and children, our focus needs to return 100% to AMERICA.

We have our own problems to address and that’s the most important thing we should be doing.

My children’s generation needs a”

Later on October 4, Greene criticized major television networks regarding their advertising choices. She said: “This is 100%
Major TV networks will take ad money and run Big Pharma drug ads, beer/alcohol/liquor ads, weight loss shot ads, fast food ads, and all kinds of political ads, BUT refuses to run ads that help promote a plan to put student athletes first and save college sports.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene has maintained her congressional seat since first being elected in 2020. In successive elections she defeated Kevin Van Ausdal (2020), Marcus Flowers (2022), and Shawn Harris (2024), winning with significant margins each time.
