Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Georgia’s 14th District, has expressed a series of viewpoints on social media platforms regarding various issues. Greene, who replaced Tom Graves in 2021 and is known for her outspoken opinions, made several statements on April 29, 2025.

In a post from April 29, 2025, Greene criticized journalist Jake Sherman, arguing Sherman works for foreign interests at the expense of the United States. She stated that Sherman’s opposition to making trade deals fair for American companies exemplifies a severe case of “TDS” and criticized his lack of commentary on Democrats for causing inflation. “Well look at America LAST Jake Sherman working for the good of all foreign nations just to undermine Trump. When you have TDS so bad that you are against simply making trade deals fair for American companies, you are LOST. Didn’t see Jake attacking Dems for crippling inflation.”

Later the same day, Greene announced her decision to unsubscribe from Politico, a move she attributed to the publication’s ties to Planned Parenthood. She accused Planned Parenthood of profiting from abortions and selling fetal tissue. “I just unsubscribed from Politico because they are sponsored and paid by baby killers- Planned Parenthood, who profits off slaughtering the MOST innocent. PP also takes federal money and sells aborted baby’s body parts for big money. Follow the bloody money..”

In another statement, Greene targeted Amazon for not highlighting consequences of policies enacted under Democrats, such as inflation and small businesses affected by COVID-19 mitigation efforts. She accused Amazon of partnering with entities related to China and criticized its stance on tariffs. “Amazon did not put a Democrat inflation ticker or small businesses and jobs lost by Democrat covid tyranny ticker on its site. But Amazon is partnered with an arm of China so it’s now attacking the WH over tariffs. And the Trump hating media will cheer for Amazon.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene, 48, was born in Milledgeville, Georgia, in 1974, and later attended the University of Georgia, graduating in 1996 with a BBA. She currently resides in Rome, Georgia.
