Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, posted a series of messages on her social media accounts between February 13 and February 14, 2026, expressing distrust in government and criticizing Republican efforts on healthcare.
On February 13, Greene wrote, “There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying this, asking questions, and demanding answers. The American people have been lied to about so many things, our government does not deserve our trust.”
Later that same day, she posted a single emoji: “”.
The following day, Greene criticized her party’s actions regarding healthcare reform: “Guess what Republicans are not doing again? Fixing healthcare.”
Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th district since replacing Tom Graves in 2021. She was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and resides in Rome. In recent election cycles, Greene secured her seat by significant margins—defeating Shawn Harris in the 2024 general election with over 64% of the vote; Marcus Flowers in the 2022 general election with nearly 66%; and Kevin Van Ausdal in the 2020 race with almost 75%.
