Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress for Georgia’s 14th district, has expressed her views through a series of tweets on April 29 and April 30, 2025. Greene, who succeeded Tom Graves in 2021, continues to voice her critical stance on Democratic policies and initiatives. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974, the 48-year-old congresswoman resides in Rome and holds a BBA from the University of Georgia.

On April 29, Greene posted on Twitter about her recent actions in Congress: “Of course I put my feet up and refused to read ALL Democrat America LAST amendments. Your party is a joke and all you stand for is defending Cartels, MS-13, and criminals.” This tweet indicates her strong disdain for Democratic amendments, accusing the opposing party of defending criminals.

Later that day, Greene criticized Democratic spending: “Democrats spent your money on insane garbage and they will do it again if they ever get the chance. Who did they pay for this woke insanity?” The congresswoman questions the allocation of public funds by Democrats, labeling it as ‘woke insanity.’

In a tweet posted on April 30, Greene urged the public to “Know the facts! “ The message, accompanied by a link, aims to encourage followers to inform themselves, though the specific content linked to the post was not detailed.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has been representing Georgia’s 14th District since 2021 and continues her tenure as a vocal Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives.
