Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, shared her views on various policy issues through a series of tweets on May 13, 2025.

In a tweet posted at 10:51 AM UTC, Greene expressed her opinion on the Covid vaccine being included in the childhood vaccine schedule. She stated, “Today would be a great day to take the Covid vaccine off the childhood vaccine schedule. It’s been left on for far too long and parents are furious it’s still being forced on their children.” She also addressed @SecKennedy by asserting that not all congressional members are influenced by pharmaceutical companies.

Later that day at 11:38 AM UTC, Greene discussed Medicaid eligibility checks. In her tweet, she claimed that verifying home addresses and checking eligibility every six months would eliminate fraud without affecting qualified Americans. Greene remarked, “Verifying home address, exempting dead people and non-citizens, and checking eligibility every 6 months of Medicaid recipients rips Medicaid away from FRAUDSTERS, not qualified Americans.” She further commented on party loyalties by saying that Democrats prioritize “Cartel Terrorists and thieves.”

At 3:43 PM UTC, Greene praised former President Trump for his financial strategies. She tweeted about Trump’s focus on domestic investment rather than foreign military engagements: “President Trump isn’t wasting your hard-earned money on more foreign wars. He’s investing in AMERICA!”

Greene was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1996. She currently resides in Rome.
