Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman who has won multiple elections since 2020, recently shared a series of posts on her social media account addressing international affairs and moral issues.

On August 16, 2025, Greene commented on recent diplomatic developments involving former President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. She stated, “President Trump is moving us toward PEACE after talks with Putin on Ukraine. Strong leadership ends wars. Not endless checks to foreign countries. America is back and leading the way. America First!”

Later that day, Greene addressed humanitarian concerns related to Israel in another post: “I believe we are defined, in the eyes of God, by how we treat children, who are the most innocent among mankind. I’ve seen two stories about the secular government of Israel this morning that can not be ignored. One, is a baby dying after the child’s family’s tent was bombed” (August 16, 2025).

In a separate post published moments later on August 16, Greene wrote about criminal justice: “Pedophiles should not be released, they should face justice. No matter what country they come from.”

Greene’s statements come as she continues to maintain her position in Congress following several successful election campaigns; she defeated Shawn Harris in 2024 with approximately 64% of the vote and previously secured victories against Marcus Flowers in 2022 and Kevin Van Ausdal in 2020.
