Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, posted a series of statements on her official X account on July 18, 2025, addressing topics ranging from allegations involving former President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein to congressional votes on foreign aid and cryptocurrency legislation.

In a post published at 01:31 UTC, Greene wrote: “If President Trump was guilty of anything regarding Jeffrey Epstein, Democrats would have used it against him the past 4 years. And these same Democrats feigning outrage over pedophiles, defend drag queen story time, naked men dancing in front of children at pride parades, and https://t.co/m2HPwUBsoS”.

Later that morning at 05:20 UTC, she commented on congressional budget decisions: “Tonight all of my amendments to cut $1.6 billion of foreign aid out of our Defense budget failed because both Republicans and Democrats refuse to stop sending your hard earned tax dollars to foreign countries. For example, $118 million to foreign countries for disaster relief”.

By early afternoon at 13:10 UTC, Greene addressed recent legislative action on cryptocurrency regulation: “This week Congress passed crypto legislation. The American people hardly have any idea what it is, what it means, and what passed. 1. GENUIS ACT – I voted NO. It passed the Senate and the House and will be signed into law today. This bill regulates stablecoins and provides for”.

Greene has been serving as the representative for Georgia’s 14th district since replacing Tom Graves in 2021 (see FACTS FOR STEP 4). Born in Milledgeville in 1974 and currently residing in Rome, Georgia, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1996.
