Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia’s 14th district, shared her views on various topics through a series of tweets. Greene has been a member of Congress since replacing Tom Graves in 2021 and resides in Rome, Georgia.

On May 22, 2025, Rep. Greene questioned the legal status of Ximena Cristobal and her family who moved to Dalton, Georgia when Cristobal was four years old. She expressed curiosity about why the family did not pursue legal residency options, while also mentioning that “there are currently 1.6 million” undocumented individuals in similar situations. “Ximena Cristobal was incredibly fortunate to grow up in a beautiful part of the world—Dalton, Georgia.”

In a tweet posted on May 23, 2025, Greene highlighted an update regarding deceased records management: “12.3 million people over the age of 120 are now finally marked deceased.” She commended this effort as a significant step towards reducing fraud and extended gratitude to @DOGE for their involvement in this process. “This is remarkable.”

Later that day, Greene criticized policies affecting voting rights related to Ukraine’s ongoing conflict. She remarked on the irony of “saving Democracy” by removing voting rights from those opposing support for Ukraine—a country she accused of restricting fundamental freedoms during wartime mobilization efforts.“Nothing says ‘saving Democracy’ like taking away voting rights from those who refuse to go along with supporting Ukraine.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in 1996 and was born in Milledgeville, Georgia.
