U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, who serves Georgia’s 14th district in Congress, posted a series of statements on her social media account between February 5 and February 8, 2026. The tweets addressed political issues within the Republican Party, paid tribute to a musician, and commented on a viral video.
On February 5, Greene wrote: “This is what Thomas Massie is for, which is exactly what MAGA was supposed to be. ‘Reduce big spending, DOGE, no new wars, end foreign aid, defend 1A 2A 4A, prolife, and expose sex traffickers.’ Now Trump turned MAGA into MIGA and is praising the Clintons.”
Two days later on February 7, she expressed condolences following the death of Brad Arnold from the band 3 Doors Down: “RIP Brad Arnold of 3 Doors Down, I love this band. Brad was great, an inspiration, and he unapologetically loved Jesus. Praying for his family and friends. Here Without You..”
On February 8 she shared another post referencing a video clip: “Honestly this man’s response should be everyone’s reaction.”
Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th congressional district since replacing Tom Graves in January 2021. She won re-election in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections with over sixty percent of the vote each time against Marcus Flowers and Shawn Harris respectively. Born in Milledgeville in 1974 and currently residing in Rome at age forty-eight, Greene has maintained a prominent presence within her party through both legislative work and public commentary.
