Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently representing Georgia’s 14th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on April 11, 2026, addressing both internal Republican Party dynamics and recent events in Lebanon and Gaza.

In a tweet from April 11, Greene commented on divisions within the Republican Party: “We need Alex Jones added to Old MAGA, which is America First, and New MAGA, which is really MIGA, needs Lindsey Graham. Good luck to Republicans with New MAGA doing the Trump rallies in the midterms!!!”

Later that day, she turned her attention to Middle East conflicts. Referring to an incident involving a child in Lebanon following Israeli airstrikes, Greene wrote: “This boy jumped for joy welcoming the pope in Lebanon in November and today they pulled his body from the rubble after Israel’s bombing. Last year, only 5 members of Congress voted with me when I tried to defund Israel, who bombs and kills the innocent.”

An hour later, Greene clarified the status of the child referenced earlier: “Thankfully the boy in this video is alive but many children like him have been killed in Lebanon and Gaza.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th District since replacing Tom Graves in 2021. She was born in Milledgeville, Georgia in 1974 and resides in Rome. In previous elections she won against Shawn Harris (2024), Marcus Flowers (2022), and Kevin Van Ausdal (2020) by significant margins.
