Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Georgia, used her social media platform to comment on issues ranging from gender-affirming care for minors to political endorsements and recent incidents involving public figures.

On January 19, 2026, Greene posted about gender-affirming care for minors, sharing an account of a young woman who experienced negative effects after starting treatment at age 14. She stated, “This young woman describes the horrible side effects of gender affirming care that she started at 14 yrs old and says she was not old enough to comprehend. The Senate must vote on Protect Children’s Innocence Act to end this and protect kids!”

Later that day, Greene commented on an incident involving Don Lemon and others at a church. She wrote, “Don Lemon and his group of leftists stormed a church and terrorized the church members and families and the pastor sets him straight! This reminds me of the bully tactics of the left during BLM’s ‘summer of love’ when they stormed restaurants and aggressively demanded innocent” (January 19, 2026).

On January 20, 2026, Greene criticized former President Donald Trump’s political endorsements. She said, “This is 1,000% true. Trump’s endorsements do not drain the swamp, his endorsements solidify the swamp and ensure the swamp is never drained. And no he is not being deceived by his team. It’s not sabotage when he chooses the candidates and controls the agenda.”

Greene has been re-elected multiple times in her congressional district. In 2024, she won against Shawn Harris with approximately 64% of the vote; in previous elections in 2022 and 2020 she also secured decisive victories over Marcus Flowers and Kevin Van Ausdal respectively.
