Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Representative who has won consecutive elections since 2020, posted several statements on her X account in late August 2025 addressing topics ranging from environmental legislation to accusations against foreign organizations.

On August 28, 2025, Greene announced new legislative efforts with the statement: “We NEVER voted to have chemicals sprayed into our skies. My Clear Skies Act puts an end to cloud seeding and geoengineering. This keeps our air the way God intended. Clean and Free!”

Later that day, she directed criticism toward AIPAC, writing: “Instead of lying about me, have all you foreign agents at AIPAC registered under FARA yet? Not only are you a bunch of liars, you are breaking the law.” The post referenced registration requirements under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

On August 29, Greene addressed ongoing criticism and reaffirmed her commitment to her constituents: “They can attack me, lie about me, and try to tear me down. But I will not be afraid.   The Lord is with me, and I’m standing strong for the American people.”

Greene has maintained her seat in Congress through several election cycles. In 2024, she defeated Shawn Harris with over 64% of the vote; in 2022 she won against Marcus Flowers by a similar margin; and in 2020 she secured nearly three-quarters of votes against Kevin Van Ausdal.
