Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, currently serving in the U.S. Congress and representing Georgia’s 14th district since 2021, recently expressed her views on several issues via social media. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia, in 1974, Greene has been a vocal figure in Congress following her graduation from the University of Georgia with a BBA.

On June 18, 2025, Greene commented on international conflicts and domestic crime concerns. She criticized certain political figures by stating “The neocon warmongers are all about fighting a proxy war with Russia in Ukraine, fighting Iran for Israel, and protecting Taiwan from China.” She also highlighted her concern over domestic issues involving crime by saying these individuals “could care less that the Cartels commit crimes against and murder Americans everyday.”

Later that day, Greene advocated for legislative action to protect children. She urged support for her bill by stating “We must pass my Protect Children’s Innocence Act to end barbaric genital mutilation surgeries on kids in all 50 states!” This call was accompanied by additional information regarding the content of her proposed legislation.

In another brief tweet on June 18th at 20:51 UTC, Greene posted an image or message with the caption ” ONLY!!!”, though further context was not provided within the tweet itself.

Marjorie Taylor Greene has made headlines with her strong positions on both international policy and domestic legislative efforts as she continues to represent Georgia’s interests in Congress.
