Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman from Georgia, posted several updates on her social media account in early September 2025 addressing recent events at the Capitol and expressing support for individuals involved in ongoing political controversies.

On September 5, 2025, Greene shared a link to a letter with the message: “Read letter here: https://t.co/gVbguvFPES”.

Later that day, Greene commented on protests at the Capitol, clarifying her perspective regarding their involvement with a press conference: “The Trump hating protestors were NOT part of the Massie/Khanna Epstein Survivor press conference. As a matter of fact, they attacked me, booed me, chanted “shame!”, “Marjorie sucks!” and more when I walked up!! See the post and video below! The Capitol Police even had to remove https://t.co/tH4QlqebwV”.

On September 6, 2025, Greene publicly thanked former President Donald Trump and called for action regarding Tina Peters: “Thank you @realDonaldTrump!! FREE TINA PETERS!!! Way to go @brianglenntv for asking such an important question!!! https://t.co/yLEyZzSFuP”.

Greene has been an active figure in Republican politics since her first congressional victory in 2020. She won re-election in subsequent cycles: defeating Kevin Van Ausdal in 2020 with approximately 74.7% of the vote; Marcus Flowers in 2022 with about 65.9%; and Shawn Harris in 2024 by securing roughly 64.4% of votes cast.
