Today, the Department of Justice announced that all charges against Dr. Michael Kirk Moore have been dropped. Dr. Moore, a U.S. Navy veteran and physician, was facing up to 35 years in federal prison for his refusal to administer the COVID-19 vaccine during the Biden Administration.

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-14) had previously sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi on July 12, urging for the dismissal of what she termed politically motivated charges against Dr. Moore. In her letter, Greene described Dr. Moore as “a hero, not a criminal,” emphasizing his medical service and opposition to coercive mandates.

“Dr. Kirk Moore was targeted by a weaponized government because he refused to inject an experimental vaccine into people who didn’t want it,” said Congresswoman Greene. She expressed gratitude towards Attorney General Pam Bondi for ending what she called political persecution.

Attorney General Pam Bondi also acknowledged Congresswoman Greene’s efforts in this case: “The Department of Justice is grateful to Congresswoman Greene who has been a champion for Dr. Moore and so many other Americans who have been unfairly targeted by the government.”

Congresswoman Greene continues her commitment to addressing power abuses by past administrations and advancing legislation supporting medical freedom and accountability.
