Barron Stadium in Rome will host the opening games of the 2025 high school football season this Friday as part of the Corky Kell Dave Hunter Classic. The event will feature Cass facing LaGrange at 5 p.m., followed by a matchup between Rome and Creekside, which is a rematch of their 2022 Corky Kell game.

Tickets for both games are available for purchase online at gofan.co for $18.85 each until Thursday. On Friday, tickets can only be bought at the gate for $30. The ticket price allows entry to both games and is set by the Corky Kell Classic organizers. Tickets can be purchased here: https://gofan.co/event/3494716?schoolId=GA5278.

The games will be broadcast live on Peachtree Sports Network (PSN) and streamed on the Atlanta News First app and National Federation High School Network (NFHS). GameDay Preps will provide live statistics throughout the event, with updates posted quarterly on the Corky Kell & Dave Hunter Classic Twitter page.

The Cass vs. LaGrange game will also air on Cass Sports Network and Bartow Sports Zone (WBHF AM 1450) in Cartersville. Coverage of Rome’s game against Creekside will be provided by the Rome Wolves Radio Crew on WRGA 98.7 FM, 1470 AM, and online streaming at wrganews.com.
